- Services The Xtichify provides custom stitch for bridal and non-bridal lehengas, crop tops, gowns and blouses. Each order is specificly sewn using the measurement and design preferences of the customer.
- Order and measurement All clothes are made an order-to-order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Xtichify is not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect input.
- 3. Pricing and payment Prices are mentioned in INR and may vary depending on adaptation. half payment should be made in advance. We accept UPI, bank transfer and card payment.
- Distribution The approximate distribution is shared at the confirmation of the time -line order. Delay is not under our control due to external factors such as courier services or holidays.
- Changes and support Changes are provided if the problem is due to our error. We should inform customers within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping may be charged.
- Cancellation and correspondence Orders can be canceled before the sewing starts. Refund (if applied) will be processed within 7-10 commercial days. The sewing has not started once.
- Intellectual property All the content on xtichiffy.com is our property. Lesson, design or unauthorized use of images is prohibited.
