- Return Policy
All our products are custom-made based on your specific measurements and design choices.
As a result, we do not accept returns unless:
- The delivered product is completely different from the agreed design
- The mistake is from our side (not due to incorrect measurements or design interpretation)
Please note: Slight color changes, fitting issues from wrong measurements, or style variations are not considered valid reasons for return.
- Alteration Support
If your outfit needs a minor adjustment due to our error, we are happy to help!
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product so we can assist you.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available in the following cases:
- The order is canceled before the stitching work begins
- The final product is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake
- Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 24-48 hours.
